We’ve all found 2020 challenging and as a result, we are likely to see businesses making redundancies for some time to come.

Thankfully there are various Government schemes that businesses can take advantage of to support during turbulent times. One such scheme we are able to assist with is the Skills Support for Redundancy program.

Skills Support for Redundancy is funded by the European Social Fund and Education and Skills Funding Agency to provide training and skills to employees facing redundancy. This will benefit the employee by giving them key skills, formal qualifications, interview advice, CV writing, job applications, and more. By providing employees with the opportunity to upskill, businesses will gain from an enthused and engaged workforce and the support of our training division through the difficult process of redundancy at no cost to the company.
